I had surrendered my telephone serviceand handset on 26/03 as I transferred to Delhi. Fortunately I took a number from accounts department, for any future communication with BSNL Ballygunge Phari. The accounts person concerned was K k Naskar (033-24601777). They assured me that you will get your refund within 3 months. But as usual govt. bastard attitude they, till date had not refunded my security deposit. Accounts person had given a telephone number 033-24600637 (Mrs. Anuradha Chakravorty) cash dispatch. I called her at least 100 times to send my security money. But this BSNL non-sense persons are not refunding my money.
Is there any way out in this country to fight with such idiot people and get my refund back.
