I live in Pune. I am having B fone of BSNL, No.25459359.
I requested on 1500 for change of plan on 30th June and it has been told that it will be changed within 7 days.
But till date (13th July) it is not changed. I want a plan of Rs.99/- (only incoming).
When I again contacted on 1500 number, the person there said that he can't do anything about the change of plan, and also told me to visit to BSNL office.
Then what is the use of the number 1500?
