Max White Teeth/ Bright Teeth Now/ Advanced Wellness Research Inc
Cancelled order/subscription, never rec'd credit & charged cc again!!

Unfortunately, I fell for this product too and as soon as I saw the $78.93 charge on my credit card, I called to cancel. Of course the 'customer service' department is located in India (where, interestingly, all the representatives have American names i.e., Austin, Tracy) and after 15 minutes of additional selling on her part, I finally convinced the woman that I no longer wanted the product - at any discount - and got the address so I could return it and get my credit card reimbursed.

I played by the rules that were given to me and I returned the unused product the next day via U.S.P.S. to Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. in Wood Dale, IL in a recyclable envelope (as directed!) and paid for the tracking/signature fee (as directed). I also had written the RMA number (good for only 10 days), which was an imperative according to Tracy, on both the front and back of the envelope. I checked and confirmed that the envelope was received and signed for but what I did NOT receive was the reimbursement on my credit card within the 72 hours of their receipt of the envelope as stated within the RMA email I received.

Yet another frustrating call to India to only get the round around. Next I decided to call Advanced Wellness Research in Wood Dale and found out they are just the warehouse and there was no customer service located in their building. In fact, the woman who answered the phone, didn't even know where the corporate headquarters was located.

One more call to India was supposed to provide a phone call from a supervisor - you guessed correctly. No call back.

Then when I checked my credit card this past week, I saw that not only had I not received the reimbursement but, they had now charged my card again in the amount of $83.92! Another box was in my mail that morning.

On my last attempt to contact them, I spoke with "Austin" who "understood" how upset I was and he would talk to his supervisor to see what he could do. I held for a couple of minutes and when Austin got back on the line, he informed me that because I sent the envelope via U.S.P.S. and not UPS or FedEx, they would not reimburse me. That's when I called my credit card company.

They instantly credited my card for the $83.92 and are going to follow up on the original charge. I hope these people are found and put out of business so they can't continue to steal from us.
