BSNL has launched a scheme that is Excel power under which any customer can call on two Local No.(s) with a tariff of 20 paise/min on those 2 No. I have activated this scheme and when i called on one of its no. it costed Rs. 1.50/min. When i complained it in Customer Care of BSNL it gave Me a COMPLAIN NO.-3322173 . They told that it will not happen in future but it is still happening and i have lost my Rs. 27.30 and now i'm calling Customer Care They aren't responding.
