Bsnl wireless not working from 14 days

Dear Sir,

I am Sanjeev with number 080-25226369, last 14 days my wireless connection is not working inspite of my filing regular complaints everday, i file a complaint in the morning and without any action the complaints are closed in the evening, my last complaints 0809/315, 0909/262, and new complaint filed today 1709/0481..with your forum i request to kindly take up the matter with senior authorites and get my net restored.
