Oadband not available in 256kbps

Sir,

My broadband connection not get the specified speed 256kbps on all the time. also i face interrupted connection even though the telephone working. hope my problem may be solved soon and i will get connected the specified speed for the plan i have opted. pls solve this as maximum time my connection show only less than 75kbps speed.
