About connection

I nand kishore poddar resident of bihar bhagalpur, holding telephone no. 0641-2428367 has broadband connection, which is not woring from last two months. i has complained about in telephone office but no action has been taken place till date. i have all my bills on time.

plz take proper action as i am suffering from lots of problem.
