Dataone site opens but doesn't show usage details

I am logging in to the site "http://dataone.in" and when the page opens, i click on show uasge option but it dispalys - "no usage details found" (for the current month) since past four days.

Kindly help me out in solving the issue else how will i know that i have crossed my usage limit and I need to pay extra money for the surfing that I am doing.
