Non receipt of parcel

On 2 Jan 09 I had sent a parcel brg no 319 from PO Morar Cantt, Gwalior to Gangtok, Sikkim. On 16 Jan 09 when I checked the parcel was still not received. Thereafter I launched a complain to the post office and also to the main branch through their internet site. Till date they have still not taken any action. The details of the parcel is as under.
