Sir,
To-day morning between 3 A.M to 8.45 A.M (Free time) connectivity went off. This is not the one single occassion against which I am making this complaint. During the past 4 or 5 months connection went off during free time especially. Will authorities look into it with customer care behind it? As the free time is denied on account of non connection, will the authorities compensate the free time to the extent of non connected period.?
