FAULTY REPORTS OF UASAGE DETAILS

I am a present running customer on BSNL Broadband home 500C plan... i haven't used the broadband for 2 days but i have received increased usage reports from them... when i stopped using before 3 days my usage amount was 2.04 GB then later without using my usage has been increased to 3.8 GB in 2 days... though my modem was kept switched off... my usage fare has been increased about Rs 2959/- which is not a good result for our trust on data one connections

I here by request the authorities to take proper action against this and provide me a satisfactory result.
