Debit of money in account without having received it

DEAR SIR,

I AM CAPT ISAQ NADAF SERVING IN THE INDIAN ARMY. I HAVE GOT SAVING BANK AC NO 11130394652 IN SBI BRANCH NIPANI DIST BELGUM .ON 23 DEC I VISITED THE ATM OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, N-46 CONNAUGHT, CIRRCUS, DELHI. THERE I ENTERED THE AMOUNT OF RS 8000 FOR WITHDRAWL FROM ATM MACHINE BUT I COULD NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT HOWEVER THE TRANSACTION SLIP STATED THE DEBIT OF THE SAID AMOUNT.THERE AFTER I VISITED THE BANK MANAGER OF THE PNB, N-46 CONNOUGHT AS WELL AS THE MANAGER OF THE SBI, NIPANNI BUT NO POSITIVE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ANY OF THE PARTY. SO IREQUEST YOU TO REDEPOSIT THE AMOUNT BACK TO MY AC.
