BSNL Broadband
Low speed

I am using bsnl broadband since 3 month ..my plan is home 500 combo plus according to which my speed should be between 256kbps and 2mbps but my speed never goes more then 256 kbps... this problem is since i started using my bsnl broadband first day... i wasted my time, money complaining bsnl officers (sdo, d.e, i.t.s) but no one helped me hence problem is not yet solved...
