I am an BSNL, ajmer customer. My landline no . is 0145-2628211. I have BSNL Broadband since nov. BSNL provided me an Modem (type 2) (manufactured by ITI, Banglore). It has MRP 1391/- as per its box. But now BSNL charged me Rs.1872(=1800 4%ST).
i want to fire an case in consumer court and jaago grahak jaago that how can BSNL overcharge a customer more than MRP of any product.please help me.
