BSNL Broadband
No speed

When i have 500c plan in bsnl broadband i got about 15kbps download speed but now i converted that plan into 750ul, in this plan i am getting only 29kbps download speed.

what is the reason behind it?

They give low speed to unlimited users?

I am not satiesfied with this unlimited plan.
