Unable to check Account usage

Dear Sir,

I am a user of Bsnl Broadband from 8 months. I was unable to check my Account usage. I am using 250 plan. So i need to check my Usage. Whenever i try to check usage on bsnl.in/Dataone.in a error occur. I also try on http://10.240.43.216 but this site does not open. Please give me solution of my problem as soon as possible.
