i had credit card no 4384 5999 9304 0335 which expired on 01 /09. After repeated assurances from your bank failed to deliver me a new card despite numerous calls to your helpline i got this card cancelled on 24 feb 09 with Ms Saranya S claiming to be senior officer of your helpline services. Also i had a credit balance of Rs 4582/- in my card which she assured me would reach my mailing address in next three working days. However nothing was delivered even in a week, therefore i again contacted your helpline this time one supervisor Mr Nilesh promised me that it was a delay from the refund section who have been now instructed to expedite the refund and it would reach me in next three days. alas it has been another 04 days and no response. it is certainly causing undue unpleasantness not to mention the time being wasted on ur helpline nos who keep making u wait forever. i do believe yours is a reputed bank and have no intentions of harassing customers who have never given u any opportunity for complaints. i am sure my complaint would be looked into at the earliest and my refund would be delivered at the earliest.
