BSNL Broadband
No Internet Connection since Installation

Dear sir/madam,

My Broadband connection is not working even after repeated reminders since it has been installed. Also the BSNL personnel do not respond to calls made by us. The telephone was installed 2 weeks back but till date the broadband connection is not working . their officials say they have configured everything and then they dont respond. Kindly help. BSNL service is very poor.
