FREQUENT LINK FAILURE DURING ACCESS

Sir,

I took the BSNL BB on FEB'08.But from the very beginning I am suffering from link failure while accessing. Sometimes it becomes worse as no link during sometimes. I have reported several times to the BSNL and even gone to the local office 10-15 times a month. But till now the problem persists and they are not doing nothing.
