Mixy supplied to me is not in good condition

I bought a mixy from Durga Electricals on 2nd March the component supplied to me was in bad condition whcih i discovered when used it on 3rd march, it was rusted. I took my complain to Durga Electricals at Mahur Vihar, Phase I, New Delhi.and he said aisa hi saman hain use karna hain to kijiye, nahin to jaiye yahan se. I spoke to local sales person of philips even he said same thing philips aisa hi saman banatai hain. I logged my complain on philips website which they never bothered to reply or resolve. I was not aware about online registartion of complain on consumer forum that why I am registering complain late.

My complain is against philips for manufactering defetive product and selling it in market and when registering a complain not paying heed to it.

I would request you to resolve my problem.
