Sub: Wrong billing for the month of 1/2/09 to 28/2/09

I regret to inform you that for the aforesaid monthly bill, you have chared me of Rs. 6429.60 (copy of the bill enclosed) wherein i dont use interent daily and heavily. The usafe billed by you at 8168 MB which is erroneous. Kindly expedite the matter and correct the bill. Trust you will do the needful.
