I have a BSNL BROADBAND with 250 Home Plan, the No. of which is 25319858 installed to my wife's name Sabita Maitra. On going thru the newspapers and having attracted by the BSNL authorities' advertisement for installation and conversion to 500 Honme Plan with unlimited download facility, I had applied to for conversion to 500 Home Plan with unlimited download facility in the first week lof Marcgh 2009 to the proper authorities of BSNL (Calcutta Telephones) but the matter is still pending. When I contacted with the officer concerned in this regard, I was asked to go on waiting and I would be intimated over phone.
Then my question, why such unusual delay on their part and why such dillydallying on their part after putting their advertisement in the newsoapers?
