I have always used the online payment service of Homecoming Financial and never had a problem with the service until recently. I logged on as usual into the website and went ahead to authorize a payment for the following business day. I received the usual confirmation number and a confirmation email. Today I went online to update my checkbook and logged onto my bank website. I find out that my checking account in in the overdrawn state. I contacted Homecomings Financial and spoke with someone by the name of Trinidad, whom spoke with a heavy Indian accent. She was extremely rude and stated that it was no fault of theirs that a double payment was debited from my account. She states there are 2 confirmation number but did not provide me with the 2nd one.
She said there will be an investigation and doubts that I will get back my bank fees for checcks that bounced and investigation will take between 24 and 48 hours... meanwhile I have to scrape money together and deposit into the checking account so I can save a little faith.
