Sir,

I am using broadband for past 1 year, have never excess billing before.but from march and now in april I viewed some extra unit charges in my broadband usage details..it often happend that my computer is connected but i'm not surfing, or using or downloading. I am noticing a huge kb like 100000 is being attached with my usage details..i have no clue how it can be possible..please help!!!
