Fault in my broadband account

I have applied for the broadband Home 500C plan and in accordance to that i paid 500 against

W224270 on 28/04. On 2/05 i checked my status changed on my account from base plan 250 to the desired broadband Home 500C plan.

In this broadband Home 500C plan i was supposed to get free unlimited night usage between 2am to 8am but i was charged for the night time usage from my download limit of 1.5GB. So, i was not getting the facility assured to me under this plan by your company.

Therefore, i am now expecting a quick action on this note so that the facilities promised to me should be taken care off properly and after being paid for the services i must own the right to get it from your company.
