I purchased DVP 1120 on 29/3 from Vishal Retail Ltd., Gurgaon and since I then I have not been able to run the system "properly" for even one day. This has been sent to the Philips Service Center - M/s Hitech Services, Gurgaon twice and both time it has come back without repaired properly. I requested Philips Customer Service through mails as well as over the phone for either replace it or return my hard earned money, but to my surprise nothing has been done till writing this letter.
I seek your help in getting my money back and also to avoid such untoward incidences in the future to gullible customers by Philips.
