I am having Home 500 C plan in Berhampur (Two Months old connection with a new modem from BSNL). Most of the time the ADSL light is flickering, Very Poor connectivity. When ever lodged compliant with customer service No body picks up even when they take the compliant they dont respond. I am one of the senior Govt Official if this is for me then what about normal public?
