I hv received bsnl bill no 91054015 dated 4/5 in the name of mrs neetu shukla 180/1 block0d shyam ngr kanpur-208013.

billing period from 1/4 to 30/4 bill amount 1562/-

broadband usage shown is quite high whose amount is Rs1090.52

the usage billed is not correct

kindly provide me the detail correct billing.
