BSNL Broadband
Delay in connection

I m a resident of Agra, UP. i had applied for broad band connection on the 3rd of may '09. we have also paid for the conncetion. the employees at the agra BSNL office are saying that they will do, but it is not done till now, they are delaying the connection, After repeated approaches no improvement, It would be a great help if u pls take note of this matter,
