I have made numerous complaints to BSNL about the internet connection not working properly. Every time I need to open a website I have to refresh the page 6-7 times & then it takes even longer than Dial-Up to open the page. What am I paying Rs.750 for. I subscribed to a broadband plan of 256K.
Every time they register a complaint & then when I call next time they say it was resolved. How can a complaint be resolved without anyone visiting my house or contacting me about the problem??
As soon as I get an option of another broadband provider in my Area I will switch companies.
