In spite of repeated reminders, no action is taken by BSNL Bangalore Telecom to my written complaint dated 17/2/09 on excess bill on broadband connection (Tel. No. 080 23664240) till date.
The bill for the month of Jan09 is made based on previous plan viz. Start up 250, where as my plan changed to Home 500C from 3rd Jan. with usage limit of 2.5GB with Night Unlimited though the rent was charged for the new plan. Please do the needful at the earliest.
