BSNL Broadband
No speed

HIi,

I am using a BSNL broad band connection, my plan is 750 unlimited... My complaint is that, the download speed I am getting is just 10-15 kbps at an average and maximum 30 kbps speed, which is quiet bad and the BSNL officials said, I will get only these much of download speed for these particular plan.

Anyway, I am not satisfied with the speed they are providing, kindly take actions on it. My location is Hubli.(Karnataka)
