BSNL Broadband Service Issue

I have started BSNL Broadband service at my home on 25th June Engineer came and he configured the Router on my machine. I was able to access Internet on that day, but after that day i still not able to access internet. I spoke to engineer several times, but every time he says "This issue will resolve till evening". When i call on local telephone exchange, they just ignore us and say, we will look into this. Till now there is no progress on this.

I don't know where to contact for this.
