Inland letter received on my hand as evidence any one from your br can examine it.
1. Company is known for its carelessness, irrresponsiblity and negligence. Negligence shown on irrevocable record is shocking and without any further proof reflects total negligence and carelessness in matter ofdirctly crediting dividend declared and passed. This is not a matter of isolated case of mine as of only one shareholder.
Company’s total negligent act needs full investigation by independent Government agency.
2 Why is it that company does not send its annual report and notice of its AGM. Why is it that I have not received annual report of the company. As a shareholder of the company it’s my fundamental right to receive annual report and notice of AGM. I specifically request you here with under guidance of consumer association lawyer to send me the annual report of the company.
Do company maintain any evidence which can conclusively show that annual reports are send to all shareholders of the company. Will company show to any authorised person from consumer association such foolproof evidence of dispatch of annual reports to shareholders.

Please be clearly informed I hold on this very day700 seven hundred equity shares of the company. Not a single share is sold by me how can you be so careless and negligent to show my holding as only 50 equity shares in your refer to inland letter.
This is a very serious matter and I wish to expose your carelessness in all concerned government agenises if you will fail to inform me in detail the correct dividend amount I am entitled to receive and should be credited in my account.
If you will fail to attend my this complaint urgently you will compel me to take serious legal steps.
