Dear Sir,

Sub: Complaint regarding internet connection being disconnected abruptly.

I am facing lot of inconvenience as my broadband internet connection for telephone number: 24055868 is always getting disconnected. Phone device also has some problem.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue and do the needful as soon as possible
