I am facing with connectivity problem from the last 3 Months. I am complaining to the BSNL BROADBAND on regular basis from last 2 months. each day i am reciving the conformation massage that my circut has been restore but not a single day has been gone when the connection has not failled 40 to 50 times. the connectivity ios getting discconected right with in few mins and i have to connectt again . when ever i am connecting the error 678 is showing. i am totaly fedup with this services. Can you suggest me how to claim My refund of the Monthly rentals for these three months.
