The culprit has been using his domestic broadband connection for his cyber cafe named COMPUTECH at 66/R F.D.road Mallickpara, Serampore, Dist-Hooghly, State-West Bengal. He's paying his bills accroding to the domestic bills. The authority has been informed but to no avail. He doesnt have a nessesary permission. He's making huge profits by cheating BSNL where as other BSNL customers are paying huge billd every month and suffering huge loses.
Shall the authority take an action or shall we talk to mass media?
