Sir,

I am S M Sriram writing from Thiruvlla, Kerala. I lost my portal id and password. I am not ale to get my usage. I lost my id because of very unprofessional approach by the bsnl workers who came and installed the components. They did not tell us anything about it and so we discarded the box on which the id was scribbled.please take necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again. thanking you
