Broadband service is not available for 6 consecutive days

Hi,

My broadband connection is not working from 29th July' but my land phone is working. I've logged a complain in the local BSNL telephone exchange for 4 times since today. I've tried to reach to the customer care helpline number 18004241600 many times yesterday, but every time they put my call hold for an average of 30-40 min without any solution.

Please do something to solve this issue. I am totally frustrated with this kind of behaviour from local BSNL office (Sainthia, District - Birbhum) and customer care.
