My broadband username&-hd4023021100

i am retd.general manager of bhel, hyd.i am in contact with many people of other countries thro internet.i feel so bad of our droadband quality.many asian poor countries are better than us.our problem is not technical, thanks to sam petroda, but human related.this is evident if u see the following.pl do something and provide me worth of my rs 750/ month

1) 30% service is ok

2) 30% --no service

3) 40%--service is bad.5 minutes on and 5 min off.

we go on giving complaints .they come say some bla bla and ask me to talk to higher ups to carry out cable replacement, more manpower etc.integrity is doubted.pl do something.
