I have been using bsnl broadband for more than an year now, I am using Home 500c plan which provides a free usage of 1.5 GB and night free usage from 2 to 8 AM, I regularly check the usage details on the portal and use it accordingly. When I received the bill, I came to know that I was charged more for the excess broadband usage. I enquired the same with the department, they say that they have setup some new software and according to that software I have used more. Where as still todate it shows the same old info on the website about my usage. Even after filing the complaint and providing the proof from the website, they don't agree and ask me to pay according to the bill.
