Telephone out of order and Broadband not working

My BSNL phone is out of order since 4 days and broadband is also not working. When we tried to call on this no it shows " phone is busy " but actually its dead and there is no dial tone. We tried to call the customer care no but nobody is picking up the phone. My phone no is 0120-2607225. Please do the needful.
