PC not connecting to broadband

Dear Sir

I want to inform you that I had purchased a broadband connection a few days back. It worked only after it got installed, and after it couldn't get connected to my laptop. Whenever I tried to connect to my wireless modem, it showed "no wireless connections available".

At once it got connected to the modem, it didn't connect to the the broadbnd saying that " there is an invalid value in the service name space in the properties (I don't know what to write in it).

Sir please send any person from the company to my home.
