Dis is Archana Sriwas. Iam a new broadband user. I wanted you to please check with the following particulars which are really very important:
1.From Day 3, the speed is getting slower & the connection is also getting disconnected automatically within every 3mins. Due to this, its very inconvenient to work 4 a longer time..
2.And Iam unable to check broadband usage as I donot have the PORTAL ID.
So Please, consider my request & provide me a help at the earliest.
