I have a BSNL BroadBand connection from past 2 years and I am having lot of problems using it daily. The DSL link keeps going down and every time I raise a comaplaint the engineer comes home resolving it and verifies everything is working fine and leaves. The BroadBand stops working after he leaves and this has become a regular issue for me. I am situated in B.C.C Layout and I am now planning to change by serive provider. BSNL being sunch a big company is not having the right people to support and keep the QoS consitent. I am really very unhappy with it.
