Disconnection

Due to some personal problem I am unable to continue my broadband connention

So we decided to disconnect broadband line W.e.f 07.11.2009. Telephone Number is 080 26677451 broad band connection in the name of S.H Krishnamurthy

Please pass necessary orders to person concern to do the needful, also instruct to the account department to refund my security amount.
