My telephone was disconnected due to non-payment. It is 2 weeks after i have paid my Telephone bill- TEl No 080-25806830 and the telephone is re-connected but my Broadband internet is not re-connected. They have given me some numbers to call and enquire. it keeps ringing and no-body answers to it, . once in a while if some one answers they say they are not that department and give another number. Try calling the new number-- again in the same loop, no-body answers the call and finally some one lifts and just answers that the concerned person is not available at that point of time. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks consistantly
