Un able to change pass word

Many times I have tried to change the pass word, but I could not. Every time it asks either Portal ID & password. My portal Id is not known to me and even I have tried to get it from customer care, they were saying that the same will be intimated over phone by the exchange after 45 days of usage. Even after 3 months I didn't get my portal ID. Even I have tried to open my mail ID with user ID password. this I could not open. Please let me know what shall I do?
