I am having BSNL Broadband connection at my residence. There is no provision to track the broad-band usage. Incidentally, my usage was within the broadband rental (Rs.250/month) upto Jan-08. But for the month of Feb-08, I find broadband usage chargge of Rs.568/- which is highly unjustifiable as there was much lesser usage compared to previous months. There is no proper response from BSNL and nobody is owning the responsibility.

Nobody is there to take the billing complaint on telephonically. I have tried many times to the billing complaint Telephone but there was no response.
