i have exchanged my mobile phone (nokia 2300 without the headphones and charger) on 8.3.2008 at poorvika mobile world Old - 213 / New 170, Kabilvasthu Complex,

Purasawalkam High Road, Purasawalkam, Chennai - 600 041.

for a new samsung c160 and they said that if i return my headphones and charger to them they will refund me Rs 200 on the bill paid .so when i went and asked them on 24.3. they are said that its been too late now and we cant give any money for them and harshed me with abusive words when i asked them that you dint inform me in the beginning of the purchase.

sir They didn't inform me within how many days i should return those accessories so that they will refund me...

sir please help...
